The place offers intimacy and privacy with all modern comfort. All rooms have TV.
The living room is designed with style and the kitchen opens up to the garden.
Of course, the Villa is fully furnished: towels, bedsheets, oven, fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, … Everything is new.

Fast and reliable wifi is also available in all the villa, and we can help with all your needs: motorbike rental, taxis, in house massages, chef service, laundry service, breakfasts at home, regular full cleanings… We have a whole range of options to bring you a luxury experience during your stay. Smart TV is also available everywhere

We live in Samui for a long time now, and we will also be very happy to share our best and secret addresses with you: an amazing and quiet beaches, excellent local restaurants, or any personnal question you would have… We are real Samui lovers and would be happy to share it with you.

– Electricity has to be paid separately (8thb/kwh), as in most of the houses in Samui. We’ll check together the electricity meter on arrival, and departure for total transparency.
– No party / music after 23h
– No animals
– No Outside guests,
– Damage deposit : 10000 Thb to be paid on arrival. and given back at check out.
– No smoking inside
